Welcome to the second iteration of Nanaimo Model United Nations!

We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude for your attendance at NMUN 2025, held on March 1st at Dover Bay Secondary School in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada.

This year, the secretariat and staff team have worked diligently to create a conference that will exceed expectations. NMUN’s core mission is to build future leaders by educating youth today on pressing world issues and equipping them with the necessary skills to become involved in diplomacy. Through creating a welcoming and inclusive environment, we aim to help delegates find their inner voice and confidently engage in public speaking, debating, and critical thinking. 

On behalf of everyone who has worked tirelessly to make NMUN possible, we look forward to creating an unforgettable experience filled with lifelong memories for all delegates. To try is to learn, and to learn is to grow. Whether a beginner or a seasoned delegate, we encourage all participants at NMUN 2025 to speak a little louder, reach a little further, and climb a little higher.
