Morgan is a grade 12 student at NDSS, and is thrilled to serve as the Director of FCC for this year's iteration of NMUN. With 3 years of MUN experience, Morgan has participated in numerous conferences as a delegate, chair, director, and organizer, developing a deep passion for diplomacy, international relations, and problem-solving. Outside of MUN, Morgan is actively involved in cadets performing as a flight sergeant and enjoys hikes as well as playing instruments such as bass guitar and flute. She is particularly interested in global environmental policy, and is dedicated to fostering an engaging and collaborative environment for all participants. Morgan is excited to see delegates debate pressing crisis situations, showcase their creativity, and hone their diplomatic skills. She looks forward to a memorable and inspiring conference!
Being a hopeless Junior at Burnaby North Secondary School, Joshua Pham's first model UN conference happened online in 9th grade. Only participating in his first hotel conference, VMUN 2023, witnessing extreme table-bangings and radical speeches ignited his desire to assert chaos with each future conference. Now as a 2-year veteran, Model UN has become a main pillar in his high school career, which allowed him to meet strangers who quickly became friends, creating core memories, and most importantly, reindustrializing Manchuria into a regional superpower. When not yelling at other delegates, Joshua can be found diving into rabbit holes on the internet, tormenting his friends mentally with his brain-rotted jokes, and shadow-boxing at the most awkward times possible. Anticipating a day of unexpected crisis updates and piles of directives, Joshua is excited to meet new delegates and ensure a memorable day at NMUN 2025.
Linda, a Grade 11 student at Dover Bay Secondary School, is honored to serve as the Assistant Director of the FCC at NMUN 2025. Since joining Model UN in Grade 9, Linda has loved every moment of it, from chaotic crisis committees to late-night delegate socials and everything in between. Throughout her MUN journey, she has not only learned about diplomacy and debate but also met some amazing people, and made great friends along the way. Outside of MUN, Linda can usually be found creating art in her room, playing badminton with her friends, or dramatically complaining about her latest math exam disaster. Linda hopes that NMUN 2025 will be an enjoyable, engaging, and rewarding experience for all. Best of luck to all delegates!
